Coyote bush (Baccharis pilularis) is a large shrub with oval leaves with many teeth along the margins.  Small flowers in bell shaped heads.  It grows from Oregon to Northern Mexico.  It can be used to treat poison oak rash, and also as a poultice for wounds or other skin problems.  The family is said to contain anti-inflamatory, antibiotic, antiviral and antifungal compounds.
